The binoc-u-com is a device used by the Cooper Gang for communication and reconnaissance purposes.
Overview[edit | edit source]
Pressing L1 or R1 brings up the binocucom overlay. You can use LStick to move the camera and RStick to zoom in or out.
The binocucom is automatically opened for some cutscenes. In this case, the camera will move automatically to point at certain objects throughout the dialog.
