SlyWalDumper is a program used to extract the hidden WAL files from the PS2 versions of Sly 1 and Sly 3. It only extracts the WAL and not the WAC, since that's embedded in the executables. It currently supports Sly 1 (PAL, NTSC-U, NTSC-J) and Sly 3 (PAL).
