When used without any parameters, it simply inserts the full title of Sly 4
* i.e. {{tlc|Sly 4}} becomes {{Sly 4}}.
If you pass the name of an article in the <tt>Sly 4</tt> namespace as the first parameter, it produces a piped link to that article without the <tt>Sly 4:</tt> prefix.
* i.e. {{tlc|Sly 4|Overview}} becomes {{Sly 4|Overview}}.
If you pass some text as the second parameter, it uses that as the display text for the piped link.
* i.e. {{tlc|Sly 4|Overview{{!}}the fourth Sly game}} becomes {{Sly 4|Overview|the fourth sly game}}.
