No Motion Blur is a mod available for any Sly Cooper game on the PS2, including all retail and prototype builds.
Description
It removes a very heavy post-processing effect named "ghosting", or "motion blur". It is said this mod is essential for the best visual experience for playing the PS2 trilogy, as it makes the image as clear as it can be. This mod also has an effect on real hardware when applied through PS2 Patch Engine or cheating homebrew such as PS2RD or Cheat Device.
