A 60 FPS mod increases the framerate limit from 50 to 59.94. It is available for every single PAL version of Sly Cooper. It works by slowing down the internal game clock and speeding it back up with the emulator/console homebrew (GSM).
Instructions
- PCSX2: Set PAL frame limit to 59.94 fps before using. It's in PCSX2_vm.ini and make sure to set it to read only.
- OPL: Use GSM and set the game to NTSC. Then use Cheat Device to patch the game.
